Millenniums... Where were you when the 2nd ended and the 3rd began?
The last of the LAST!... The first of the FIRST!
As the clock struck 12:00 Midnight
at each of the 24 World International Time Zones
Of all the billions human beings on Earth
Only one person, David C. Owens, had the vision
to turn what some called an unworkable concept into reality.
As the visionary artist, David, with pre-planned accuracy...
And... gives credit to what he says were a bunch of wonderful
people who setup up to the plate and made it happen!

NOTE: Having a prepared brush in hand

To be shared a vision and be told I would be 
the individual who had the vision 
an concept and would accomplish something which could
never be done again while sharing some insight beyond my comprehension.
At the time, brought tears to my eyes as it can to this very day.
Though the challenges to share the Owens Art Millennium visionary art
with the World have been immense
I know I have always tried to do my  best and let the consequences follow.
My problem is my fear of knowing my memory is failing ...
