Independent Witnesses Owensart Millennium Event David Art History
There were wonderful volunteers and independent witnesses
who attended the Owens art paintings and pictures Millennium event.
Though just few able to be shown here.
Many of these individuals used digital and various video equipment to record
and document the Owensart Millennium event over a 24 hour period. Capturing for posterity
the visionary artist, David C. Owens, completing
at the last second in time, 11:59:59 p.m. December 31, 2000,
each individual painting (hour by hour) yes, a picture for each single
(individual) one of the World's 24 (twenty four) International Time Zones.
