'The Lord's Lamp' one of the rarest of visionary paintings in the
entire World and history of mankind a painting and name to go down in the history of the
world of art.

There stood the independent volunteers 'Kenny Ruter's' behind one video
camera recording what was about to happen 'Mark Sandoval' behind another
doing the same thing as 'Russell Faber' clicked away with his digital camera
taking photographs and documenting the visionary artist David C. Owens
applying the last bush strokes an drops of paints to 'The Lord's Lamp' as
other independent volunteers, i.e., Joe Blake (now deceased), Barbara,
Terri, Miles, George, Henery, and more, out loud, counted down the last seconds of the last
minutes of the last hour of the 2nd (second) Millennium while it ended at
the 1st World Time Zone in the far Western Pacific at 11:59:59 PM
December 31, 2000.

For more than 24 hours this Millennium Art Event continued on while the
walk-in public and many independent witnesses and volunteers joined in to
participate in the beautiful recreation facilities provided by the Covina
Garden Complex Apartments in Covina, California and for another 23
(twenty-three) exact more times as the next World Time Zones were about to
end each time around planet Earth at 11:59:59 PM December 31, 2000. With
Independent Witnesses recording by video and digital cameras and signing
their names to actual 3rd Millennium, back side, paintings and sharing the
facts while documenting they had witnessed OFFICIAL last exact paintings
finished (completed) for the entire recorded history of humanity of the
second (2nd) Millennium for each of the World's 24 Time Zones by the
visionary artist David C. Owens.
