~ David ~ Art History art history of the wonderful Owens Art Paintings Millennium Pictures Event, as it was shared with me, Phyllis E. Starr, by participating volunteer and independent witnesses i.e., Mark Sandoval, Joseph Blake
(now deceased), Russell Faber, Susan Warner, and his own sister, Laura (Owens) Bustillos. Those named, were just a few of the walk in public and independent witnesses attending the event.

David: It all started with twenty-four (24) paintings by this self-taught artist. All 24 of these
painting, pictures, had one thing in common and that was the last few strokes of each individual painting were set to be,
and with purpose, accomplished at an extra special date and exact time associated with Greenwich Mean Time, the twenty-four
(24) World time zones around the planet Earth, and the last day of the 2nd Millennium December 31 2000. And, another
twenty-four paintings, pictures have to do with the first day of the 3rd Millennium January 1, 2001. All forty-eight
paintings and pictures associated with and according to the International time dating and Christian Calendar Dating.

needed to complete each one, there was an additional 24 brand new blank canvas which became and or had a vary large part
to do with this amazing event in Millenniums time, art history and the World of Mankind past, present and going on into
future history.

David: Again, while those witnessing viewed and recorded these happenings and art history taking place just as the clock
struck (12) midnight introducing the 3rd millennium on January 1, 2001 at the "International Dateline" in the
far Pacific Ocean, David, having finished the painting entitle: The lord's lamp. David, then applied a prepared brush and
began and started the very first recorded painting - picture on canvas or, any other known medium, to the picture
- painting, and it was and now known and is entitled:
Virtue's Love
